Thirsty river has been the most rewarding quest thus far. It kicked my lvl 19 Ne/R with henchmen-group butt time and again. I'd make it all the way to the last group (Josso) and then get pummeled. Finally I figured out what was happening, changed my skills and killed that damn priest (Jossa took a while, though). Mission and the bonus completed. If it wasn't so difficult, it wouldn't have been rewarding, and therefore, it's my favorite.

My least favorite mission is not Thunderhead Keep because that's pretty easy. My least favorite mission is the infusion mission, its so hard to do the bonus and the normal mission without failing.

I hate some really boring kryta/jungle missions like D'Alessio, the wilds or bloodstone fen.
I really like Aurora Glade, the last arena is very funny (with bonus, of course).
I love the first part of Borlis Pass too, because i'm a big LoTR fan...Amon Din beacons anyone?
In the desert i find Elona and Dunes boring; River is funny.
Ring of Fire missions are nothing special.

Fav - Sorrow's Furnace (and not for green drops either) - the whole layered level of quests within quests, originality (gears, blowing open doors).
Hate - Desert Missions Mock PvP - do you think they really prepare you for pvp with random pugs....

I've only beaten thunderhead once with a w/mo, and that took me like 5 tries until i realized that you actually need a good group. Once i finally got a good group, my hate of the mission turned to love as i felt the satisfaction of accomplishing such a difficult task. I just made a monk to eventually make a solo monk (jumpin on the bandwagon), and i actually really look forward to putting my skills to the test as a monk in that mission. Seems like it's gonna be a ton of fun healing as much and as efficiently as i can. The challenge seems exciting.

My most hated mission...hmmm....idk, they were all pretty fun to me, the harder the better ^ ^

Gotta agree on Nolani - Me and this other lvl20 got in a group with like a lvl8 and lvl10 or something. First thing he does is sit Edge of Extinction and prep himself with Ignite Arrow. Pulls lever - they all come - He hits like 1-2 of them and the whole army drops.
The rest of the mission consisted of me and him mowing down charr, while they dropped back and repeatedly said "Gods...Yall so own".

Favourite ones:
- The First Mission Ever (however it's called). Because it's the only time in the entire game when PvE is joined with PvP.
- Bolris Pass. Dunno why, I just love the atmosphere.
- D'Alessio Seaboard. Because it was the first mission I ever done (at WPE). Makes me feel new again
- Thirsty River. Because it actually involves strategy.
- Thunderhead Keep. When I did at 14th attempt this summer, I hated it. After I actually finished, it was the most satisfying GW accomplishment.
Least favourite:
- Everything that is Maguuma. Walk, chop Devourer, walk, chop Spider, walk, chop Scarab, walk, chop Centaur, walk, chop White Mantle, walk, get the hell lost in the middle of absolutely nowhere at all.
- Ruins of Surmia, for devourer armies and for Rurik one-liners. The end is awesome, however.

Favourite:
-Thirsty river it's good fun and rushing the priest at the last minute keeps it interesting.
Hate:
-Elona was being a real pain for me yesterday as i couldn't get good group, on my third try i decided to take henchie and got it done with 7 minutes left.

What a horrible idea. The ONLY PvE mission I ever liked at all was doing infusion runs when you needed to infuse each piece separately. Doing races was actualy interesting, mainly because there was another person involved. Fighting the AI is never anything but dreary and monotonous. My god, ripping that out and forcing everyone to walk the mission would make it just like all the rest!
Least favorite? Like most posters here I hate any that are dificult to do with henchies, for the same reason as stated by everyone else. PvE players are horrible as a rule, and if a mission gets a bit hard it really shows.
Sanctum cay: Don't step on the pier at end of mission, go hunting first.
Ruins: Why on earth would you do this in 3 parts? You MAY need to do the bonus separately, even after you explain to your group not to kill the embers, but there's no reason not to do the cities quest on the way. Why do it all again just for that?
Thristy: Before my guild died, we used to farm this mission for runes. Parts 1 and 2 just require a tiny bit of teamwork. Part 3 is best done by rushing the War first, with everyone getting inside and ganking the priest, then defending against the returning mob. Go after the Monk next, who is the only hard part of the mission, then mop up.
Elona's: This mission is pretty easy to run with a W/Mo, without killing a single thing.

fav mish has to be thirsty, simply because on occassion i hit ebay noobs who rush and offer huge amounts of cash/ecto for me 2 run the mission for them. made around 70 ecto in one day running noobs through it, easy when your a MM. now i charge around 10k for a person to be run through if they request me to do it, but mostly get people offering me 30-40k out of the blue. i cant see why this mission is so hard, rather simple IMO, mind you i do cheat and take 1 henchy, usually brawler, just so i can get an initial corpse.
least favourite would probably be thunderhead, not because its hard, just the opposite. get so many morons wanting to rush it and then play hero soloing the mursaat, then realising their armor is not infused. but meh, i do it for guildies all the time, just sick of the typical moron rushers you find in that mission.tisk tisk tisk

Hate Mission: The one with the villagers and the eye, the eye gives me a headace and makes it hard to concentrate on what I'm doing. (Ruins of Surmania has a similar problem at the end where the floor is tilted, confuses me)
Most liked mission: Abadon's mouth, I dunno, but I REALLY enjoy screwing with Mursat. However, the monk boss there is in my bad books for all eternity, and I find nothing more satisfying than killing her. (she annoyed me the time she didn't die)

Hated missions: Thunderhead Keep, not because I think that it's difficult or I have to spend a lot of time doing it (I've only ever failed once), but because I think this mission either enhances ppl's intelligence or stupidity. For example: in the one group that failed, for some reason neither of the elems that were supposed to be manning the pults acutally knew how to pult. What I mean is that they would keep running from one to the other even tho there is only 1 group in range of one of the pults. Also, for some reason neither of them understood that they should come back to the main group (we were camping) when the mursaat got into the gate. They would just stand there and throw spells at them and when they start to die, run AWAY from the main group and us monks. The rest of the group wasn't much better. I'm convinced that one of the tanks wasn't infused and for some reason, the whole group would try to cast spells at mursaat outside from the king's perch instead of pulting them to death...
But even with good groups, I find the mission a bit annoying, esp when we get whats-that-idiots-name the enduring (the mursaat monk boss) that takes AGES to kill even with a good group. And I completely agree with the idea that this mission should have a timer, I find it irritating rather than suspenseful when we have to wait around for the groups.
EDIT: sorry for the rant, didn't realize how long it really is
Favorite mission: Hell's precipice, I still think the armageddon lords should be more powerful, but overall, it's a fun mission. I find it extremely rewarding that we FINALLY get to kill Rurik.
I also like absolutely destroying charr w/ my lvl 20 warrior. The first time I did Nolani like that, I was still a bit of a noob in that I didn't know my way around, so I actually opened the gate and took on the entire Char army. hehe, that was fun.

Favorite: Guess I'd have to say Hell's Precipice. It can be a challenge if you pug it. Henchies do the job, contrary to popular belief.\
Least: Ruins of Surmia, omfg so boring. Is it even possible to do the bonus if you kill the ember bearers by taking the alternate gate to the flame temple?
